1 cup - spelt Flour
1 cup - rolled oats

1 cup - spelt Flour
1 cup - rolled oats
1/2 cup oat bran
2-teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tea bags of Chai Tea
1 cup of hot water
1-2 bananas mashed or (use one banana and 1 apple, or 1-cup applesauce)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 Tablespoon of oil (canola oil or olive)
Adding dried cranberries is delicious (or try whatever you like)

*Adding crushed walnuts makes a nice texture

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brew both bags of tea in the 1 cup of hot water. Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. When tea is brewed, remove tea bags and add tea to dry mixture. Add the remaining wet ingredients and mix well. Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
